What is iron oxide pigment България

Time : 2024-08-27 Hits :0

Iron oxide pigment is a kind of pigment with good dispersibility, excellent light resistance and weather resistance. Iron oxide pigments mainly refer to iron oxide as the basic material of iron oxide red, iron yellow, iron black and iron brown four kinds of coloring pigments, of which iron oxide red (about 50% of iron oxide pigments), in iron oxide pigments, more than 70% is prepared by chemical synthesis method, called synthetic iron oxide. Synthetic iron oxide is widely used in building materials, coatings, plastics, electronics, tobacco, rubber, ceramics, ink, magnetic materials, paper and other fields because of its high purity, uniform particle size, wide spectrum, color, cheap, non-toxic, excellent coloring and application performance, with ultraviolet absorption and other properties

Production process:

Red, yellow, black: iron sheet formed by rust oxidation

Other colors: Compound (organic pigment)

In the first iron oxide tank, add ferrous nitrate (light green liquid), make crystals, and then oxidize for two days and two nights, and then go to the second tank, add ferrous sulfate (discoloration), and then oxidize for two days, turn into mud, press filter out water, rinse, dry, and sieve. Different oxidation time, the color out is also different, so there are 110,130,190 points.

Iron sheet with acid turns red and alkali turns yellow, and finally it is neutral base and acid, red acid yellow base

Features:

Good dispersion, weather resistance, coloring power and hiding power is very strong

Purpose:

Cement colored brick concrete; Paint, waterborne paint, paint, paint with national standard or art series; Color masterbatch: with national standard series;

National standard and art series for rubber and plastic products; Paper making; Oily ink with more than 80 iron oxide pigment; Sheet metal;

Electronic chemical industry, catalysis, steel red, high iron content; Cable skin coloring; Compound fertilizer dyeing, national standard and art series
