Rubber particles are mainly produced through the processing of various waste rubber

materials, including waste rubber, tourist shoe soles, scraps, cable skins, rubber scraps, car mats, car tires, and other waste rubber materials.

 

Classification:

There are two types of rubber particles: black rubber particles and colored rubber particles. And colored rubber particles are divided into green rubber particles, red rubber particles, blue rubber particles, white rubber particles, brown rubber particles, yellow rubber particles and other colors of rubber particles.

 

Characteristic:

Anti aging, long service life and easy maintenance. Special black rubber particles are long and easy to maintain. The various types of plastic courts that are paved generally meet the standards after testing. The specifications range from 1 to 2 millimeters and 2 to 4 millimeters, using pollution-free waste rubber raw materials and processed using specialized equipment for manufacturing rubber particles. The mixing and matching of irregular rubber particles with multiple edges and surfaces is suitable, with standard specifications and grading standards. The impurity content of fibers, dust, and other impurities is controlled within 1%. It has good bonding properties when mixed with resins, curing agents, and other raw materials for paving various types of plastic sports fields. The products made with the special rubber particles have moderate elasticity, moderate emptiness, beautiful appearance, meet the national standards, and have moderate elasticity, anti-skid, good water permeability, wear resistance, flame retardancy, non-toxic and radiation free, anti-aging, and life.

 

Application:

Mainly used in sports tracks, football fields, tennis courts, basketball courts and other sports venues, highways, high-speed railways, and widely used in hospitals, hotels, restaurants, families, kindergartens, nursing homes, highways, and factories that require shock absorption, noise reduction, and anti slip. It can be flexibly used in combination with various types of surface materials, and its outstanding characteristics are anti slip, sun protection, wear resistance, and flame retardancy.
